Join us at Marchese Sports Therapy for the latest edition of the Kettlebell Instructional Seminar Series Part I. The class will be taught by Dr. John J. Marchese, RKC.
Kettlebell workouts are intended to increase strength, endurance, power, flexibility and balance, challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic, total-body movements.
As a practice we provide chiropractic care, when indicated, for the purpose of restoring optimal function of the joint and its surrounding soft tissue and nervous tissue. Chiropractic adjustments are the "art of chiropractic" and are applied to spinal malfunctions, called subluxations, in order to remove the interference to the spinal cord and the nerves which exit between the vertebrae (bones of the spine). Science has found that the nervous system controls all the tissues of the body, therefore when a nervous system functions at its best, it facilitates the body's ability to cope with injury and disability.
Furthermore, we provide state of the art soft tissue treatment (ART, MAT, PNF, CK, etc.), complimented with therapeutic exercise strategies and procedures including out latest edition, the ARP wave.
Sincerely,
Marchese Sports Therapy
